Smoothie with winter fruits and biscuits

You will need:

1 small banana

1 small apple

1 small pear

Juice of 1 medium orange

½ bowl (100g) of low fat yogurt

3 biscuits

* If the child wants chocolate, there are two simple and delicious solutions:

-if you put a spoonful of Hemo or Nesquik in the beverage and refill it in the blender
– or pour some chocolate truffles from above

Smoothie with banana and orange

You will need:

½ cup orange juice cup

1 banana

2 grated carrots

½ bowl (100g) of low fat yogurt

1 tablespoon of honey

Smoothie with oats, pear and cranberries

You will need:

½ bowl (100g) of low fat yogurt

3 tablespoons of oatmeal

1 small pear

2 tablespoons of dried cranberries

Low milk of low fat or vegetable milk (eg almond)

1 small banana for extra sweetness and potassium
