We have many times mentioned the importance of breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day that will fill you with energy and prepare you for a dynamic start. Boost your body by choosing summer fruits and nuts to help keep your line and eat smaller amounts of food in your day.
We gathered healthy choices so as not to end up once again in the same “boring” solutions. The good news is that there are quick and easy recipes to prepare inspired, colorful, delicious bowls filled with nutrients!
Materials:
1 yoghurt 2%
1 banana
5 strawberries cut
¼ cup of bilberries
1 teaspoon of cocoa flakes
¼ granola cup

Implementation:
In a large bowl place the yoghurt. Wash and clean the fruits and then place them in the bowl and sprinkle with cinnamon!
Materials:
160 g oat flakes
600 ml milk, almond milk or water
1 banana
Few walnuts or almonds
1 teaspoon of raisins
1 tablespoon peanut butter
Cinnamon
Implementation:
Place the oats with water or milk in a saucepan and let simmer for about five minutes, stirring regularly until a creamy effect. If we want dilute texture, add more milk or water until we reach the desired density.
Add the peanut butter and stir again. Then add banana, nuts and sprinkle with cinnamon. Alternatively, we can add nutmeg, various berries, apple, pear or other fruits of our choice.

1 cup of chicory cooked
1 cup of mixed vegetables
1/2 avocado cut
1 cup of rocket
1 egg
Freshly sliced salt and pepper
Coriander
Olive oil
Implementation:
Preheat the oven to 250 ºC. Place a non-stick paper on the baking tray and the vegetables, add oil, salt and pepper. Bake for about 20 to 25 minutes.
Place the quinoa in a large bowl and then add the cooked vegetables, avocado and rocket. Put some olive oil in the pan to fry our egg and when it is ready put it on our dish. Finish adding olive oil, salt, pepper and coriander.
