Wonderful recipe for macaroni with cheese or mac and cheese as you will hear it say.

6 servings, prepare 55 minutes

Materials

2 cups of low fat milk
3 tablespoons flour for all uses
2 cup cheddar cheeses with a little fat
1 cup low fat cottage cheese
½ tablespoon of salt
½ tablespoon of freshly ground pepper
250 grams of spinach cut
220 grams of spaghetti
¼ of bread crumb cruse, whole wheat or wheat bran or parmesan cheese

Implementation:
Use a refractory baking pan with a 20cm perimeter.
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

In a small bowl, stir 1/4 cup of milk and flour until they are tied. In a small saucepan, warm the remaining milk and add the mixture to the flour, stirring for 2-3 minutes at moderate heat.
Remove from the hob and put the cheddar until it melts and then add the cottage cheese, salt, pepper and nutmeg.

In another saucepan, sprinkle the spinach, put it in cold water and remove the moisture.
Boil spaghetti for 4-5 minutes and do not worry, they will also boil in the oven.

Add the macaroni to the cheese mixture and place half the mixture on the pan. Add a layer of spinach and then the remaining macaroni. Sprinkle in the mud.
